ETS is a godsend. This is by far superior to any ZMA or product like it, gnarly dreams but best of all regardless of how much sleep I wake up feeling as if it was 8 hours.

Great product.

Hey Guys! My name is Travis Bell, I'm a 23 year old bench specialist from Westside Barbell. Been lifting since I was about 13 but have only been competing in powerlifting since I was 20. My best comp bench is 630, but that was over a year ago. I'm looking to post a much bigger bench very soon! Here is a site for some of my videos that I've put up

YouTube - Tractor700's Channel

I took a few months off the shirted benching and worked my raw up but now am back in my bench shirt and ready to do some damage.

Lifting at Westside Barbell is the best thing that has happened to my powerlifting career.

I use solely AtLarge Nutrition products and will be the first to attest to the fact that they are of the highest quality. They also support strength sports by giving back to the lifting community through sponsoring meets, prize money and the like. Its a very personal company that is easily ascessible.

You guys have a great site here!

Chris! I didn't know you were a nutritionist!

Which type of certification do you hold?

Built, why continue with these games?

I hold no official certifications in that field. You absolutely know that I have worked with several top powerlifters helping them to lose body fat while maintaining or building their strength. If you wish to call me something else based upon those facts please feel free to do so.

Nutritionist (in the US at least) is a title which just states that you are a person who gives out nutritional advice. You do not need a certification (all though there are a few) or a degree (nutrition science, etc) to call yourself a nutritionist.

However, as a nutritionist, you are not technically allowed to give up pre-set diets (although some do and it is their ass if something happens) but rather just guidelines (for example....eat 200g protein, 400g cards, 150g fat each day...pick your own foods).

As well, as a nutritionist, you are not allowed to deal with pathalogical conditions, which is what dietician does. if you start trying to give dietary advice to someone who is sick with a disease and on meds, you are pretty much fucked if something happens.

So, other than that.....if you are a person who is posting information and answering questions in the Nutrition forum, you could technically call yourself a nutritionist (in the US atleast).

um, in the USA you need to be a registered dietitian or a licensed nutritionist in order to prescribe a specific diet. You can check with your own states laws to figure out how strict they are with their guidelines. While sport nutrition certifications can help a professional athletic trainer or personal trainer it does not given them free license to prescribe diets. As P-Funk stated you cannot prescribe to a high risk person, that is someone who has risk factors for disease as well as diseased individuals.
Interestingly enough, obesity is a risk factor for disease so prescribing a diet as the ones P-Funk gave an example for would be beyond the scope of your certification and would be considered negligent in the eyes of the courts.
Given that the US is also law suit happy I would seriously ere on the side of caution and protect my interests with clearly stating if you hold a certification in sports nutrition or are a registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist.

Along the same lines as " I am not a doctor and cannot diagnose, prevent, cure or treat disease." In fact the safest guides for a trainer to go by is to stick with the ridiculous RDA and food pyramids.

I had 2 yrs of nutrition in my masters degree program and I would not stick my neck on the block and call myself a nutritionist. Chris may have better liability insurance than I do, though.

I offer nutritional advice for free to high level powerlifters that seek it. There is nothing illegal about that. It is called free speech. I used the term nutritionist because it was convenient and conveyed the idea without me having to type 3 paragraphs.

My name is Chris Mason and I am the co-owner of AtLarge Nutrition, LLC (www.atlargenutrition.com). We have recently begun sponsoring Ironmagazine.com.

Our banner on this site may be the first you have heard of our company. We are a small company with a commensurately small ad budget, but do not confuse our size or advertising budget with a lack of product quality. In fact, our products are some of the highest quality supplements in the industry and have been recognized as such by some of the biggest names in the business. Names like Men’s Health Magazine (they recommend Nitrean for its efficacy and picked our vanilla as the best tasting they have ever tried), and the legendary strength coach Louie Simmons (the owner of Westside Barbell www.westside-barbell.com), the inventor of the Westside training methodology. From the best in the fitness industry to the best in hardcore strength training, AtLarge’s products are recognized for their quality and efficacy.

My business partner, Daniel Clough, and I started AtLarge with a vision. That vision was to only sell supplements of the highest quality that actually worked as claimed. Take a look at our roster of products and you will see only effective ingredients at viable doses and reasonable prices.

If bottom-line results are what you are looking for, we are your supplement company.

Give us try, you will not regret it. In fact, as a special introductory offer only for Ironmagazine.com customers, you can save 10% off the total cost of your order (to include shipping) if you order now through Wednesday, the 23rd of April. Simply enter the word “ironmagazine” (without the quotes) in the discount coupon code section during checkout and your savings will be automatically applied! This offer IS valid in conjunction with our normal discounts like our multi-unit and stack savings!

Thank you in advance,

Chris Mason

I'm with mike.. chris's help and products have helped me reach an my all time best lifting to date while cutting down to a lower weightclass in the process. Chris is a standup guy with a solid reputation and outstanding product quality to boot.

If you don't feel his advice or ideas are worth considerig..don't. There are tons of us out there that do and have in the powerlifting and bodybuilding community with the results to prove it.

If i didn't trust my body and my powerlifting career with chris and his line of products i'd have never taken the time to get in with them...
