I have a bum left shoulder (for years) and have just begun incorporating this exercise. I will let everyone know how it goes. George feels it will help me in short order.

haha poorly performed and George Halbert aren't two phrases that go together

this exercise is for your rear delts and rotator cuffs anyways, not your mid traps
