BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hey, I recently got the urge, and a huge urge I might add to actually get myself fit, and i've started doing some training from this week and plan to keep it up.
At the minute I eat just a load of junk, Pizza's, Bit o' Sausage n Beans now and again, Chicken strips etc. So what kind of stuff should I be eating, I don't want to go all out extreme "I want a six-pack" kind of all out. I just want to tone my upper body, get my arms bigger, and be fit all-round. I work at a factory, night-shifts 3 nights a week, which is just constantly walking around on my feet for like 7 hours, with 2 half-hour breaks, and then I've started to go swimming for an hour after work too. And when i'm not at work, i'll use them days to take a jog each day and do my training. So, in a nut-shell, from what i've said, what should I be eating, how long should I take doing my jogs/training/swimming, and what sort of methods when training would be best for me, Whether its weights, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups etc. Cheers! |

Try clean foods like chicken breast, rice, pasta, tuna, and green veggies. No 6-pac without a good diet. Do you weight train? What are your stats?
