    wtf... grip failing on..SIDEBENDS????

    they cut my fingers up and then my grip fails wtf.
    im doing sidebends with 100lbs and i cant hold it for more then like 10 reps.

    If you want to do more than 10 reps and your weak lil' fingers can't hold a 100lbs DB maybe you should use lighter DBs until you until your grip is strong enough to hold the fucking 100 lbs DB for more than 10 reps. Is that simple.

    Btw, if you're doing sidebends with pink DBs they're probably not 100 lbs.

    just curious, but why would you want to use that much weight on side bends?
    I'd drop the weight and use higher reps.

    i start with a weight i can do for 5 reps and work up to 20 reps

    Fuck it, buy lifting straps if you can't be assed training grip.......

    ...but this is far from ideal, but you will be able to add more weight immediately.

    It probably hurts your hands because your grip isnt strong enough to hold them securely enough, so they move, your hand opens, and it slides out taking your skin with it.
