So if you are only doing high weight low reps you are only hitting one fiber. Thats why one week is power the next rep range the the 3rd is what i like to call HELL WEEK or shock week. Shock week is a non stop pounding of all fibers. What i mean by non stop is there is very little to NO rest between sets and exercise...Many folks have puked during this week. Mainly on leg day..I know i've dry heaved... |
