Question about P/RR/S

I read the articles from Gopro on P/RR/S and i loved them to Gopro, im very interested in creating a P/RR/S routine, my question is how does this take into account strength training, muscle growth training and endurance training? it's probably in one of the articles somewhere but i may have missed it...The thing is I'm on a bulk, i want to gain MASS! and i want it NOW! my concern is will a routine like this effect my goals to gain mass? Because i know they usually say train in the 4-8 rep range with heavy weights to gain mass, this is where my confusion is Thanks in advance and sorry for being a pain.

First off here is his web site forum. GREAT place for info:PRRS Training - Home

Remember there are slow twitch and fast twitch fibers that you need to work. The lower reps heavy weight is great for the fast twitch fibers but to build the slow twitch you need higher reps. So if you are only doing high weight low reps you are only hitting one fiber. Thats why one week is power the next rep range the the 3rd is what i like to call HELL WEEK or shock week. Shock week is a non stop pounding of all fibers. What i mean by non stop is there is very little to NO rest between sets and exercise...Many folks have puked during this week. Mainly on leg day..I know i've dry heaved...
