    help with workout.

    ok im doing this right now
    Week 1
    Monday: Squat/Bench Press/Chinup
    Wednseday: Front squat/Press/Deadlift
    Friday: Squat/Bench press/Pullup

    Week 2
    Monday: Squat/Press/Chinup
    Wednseday: Front squat/Bench Press/clean
    Friday: Squat/Press/Pullup
    evrything is 3x5 except chin/pullups those are 3x5-15

    this is another similar workout
    Week 1
    Monday: Squat 3x5, 1x8/Incline Bench Press 3x5, 1x8/Chinup 4x8-15
    Wednseday: Front squat 3x5, 1x8/Seated Press 3x5, 1x8/SLDL 3x5, 1x8
    Friday: Squat 3x5, 1x8/Incline Bench press 3x5, 1x8/Row 3x5, 1x8

    Week 2
    Monday: Squat 3x5, 1x8/Incline Bench Press 3x5, 1x8/Chinup 4x8-15
    Wednseday: Front squat 3x5, 1x8/Seated Press 3x5, 1x8/RDL 3x5, 1x8
    Friday: Squat 3x5, 1x8/Incline Bench Press 3x5, 1x8/Row 3x5, 1x8

    should i do that when im done with thisworkout? or should i finish my old workut do something else and tehn do this?

    Give me an idea of your stats. How long have you been training? What are your current bests on the big 3 (squat, bench, dead)?

    im 6ft1 175
    ive been lifting hard for 2 months
    my stats are squat about 235 3x5
    bench 180 3x5
    Deadlift 3003x5

    how can you have over 6000 post on a bodybuilding board and have only been lifting hard for about 2 months?

    i dont have 6000 posts. and the reason is because i used to get info on boxing and mma and shti from here

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
