Unbalanced Pecs

I've just gotten back into a little strength training lately. I'm an ectomorph and I'm over 40, so I'm not expecting to pack on the muscle (though I'd love to). Anyway, what little pecs I do have are bigger on my left side than on my right. I've always assumed that because I'm right handed, my right arm is stronger than my left, so when I do chest exercises, my arm does more of the work on my right side than on my left. Does that makes sense?

If so, what would be the best exercise(s) to do on my right side only to build up my chest without further stengthening my already stronger right arm? Or should I be focusing on building up my left arm instead? Or both?

What...you are confusing.

You can do uni-lateral (one arm) work on the side that is weaker.
for example a one arm D.B. bench press.

Just keep doing both sides equally and the weak side will catch up. Do bench, and concentrate on bringing both sides of the bar up at the same rate.

If you start exercising one side more than the other, you run the risk of really messing something up, i.e. getting even more asymmetrical.
