    adding abs to rippetoes routien help

    since i box i need strong abs what kind of ab work should i add to rippetoes routine.
    anyone that doesnt no wat it is.
    alternate Aand b n 3 non consecutive days
    A squat, bench, deadlift
    B squat, OH press, powerclean
    all 3x5

    like on a day when you're not lifting, do some ab work.
    It doesn't really matter what exercises you do. try some hanging leg raises and some cable crunches.
