    Need Advice to Bulking up

    Hi guys, l find it hard to put on mass although l see myself not putting on much fat but only staying lean from being strict on my diet the pass 6 months. l now weigh 67kg, l want to gain extra 10 kg My workout involve heavy weights and less reps. l need some advice to bulking up, example like how should my workout should look like and my diet intake l should be consuming. Many people have given me the advice to maybe try bulk up and when l get to my goal, l can start work off the excess fat. Let me know what you think it's best for me.

    (last sticky). In there is some really good info, have you checked it out?
