    Please explain this exercise

I saw a guy at the gym the other day doing this. (try to follow me here...)

He had two light dumbells. While standing and with arms fully extended, he swung the left dumbell down and behind his left leg, and swung the right dumbell up and behind his right shoulder. Then he quickly swung the left dumbell up and behind his left shoulder, and the right dumbell down and behind his right leg. All of this was in one continuous, quick motion. That's one rep. He proceeded to do about ten of these to complete a set. Can you visualize that?

I watched in awe, trying very hard not to laugh. Almost looked like he was doing this:

I think it's called "The Tool."

No, I've never heard of anything like that before.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

i love it when people make up their own exercises... i see it almost weekly in the gym. Just like new diet plans..everyone wants to come up with something new to shock the world instead of using what's worked forever.
