Squats and basketball
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Usually after a good leg session I feel like I cant walk the next day. The problem now is that im starting a basketball tournement and I am unable to perform to a high level if my legs feel like they been hit by a train. Should I stop squating while the season or should I just cut back on the intensety that I hit my legs on my squat sessions?

You can still continue squatting but like you said cut down on the intensity and volume if you are going to be playing alot of basketball. How many days do you play/practice? |

Generally during season, weight training is used only to maintain rather than pushing forward. Keep the intensity low, use the weight room as a sort of active recovery from the games and not the other way around. Its the preseason where you make headway so that you're in better condition for the next season.
