1 - Depending on the severity of the overtraining all three can happen, and worse - you could seriously injure yourself or in extreme cases mess up your sleeping patterns, central nervous system, and overall health and immune system.
2 - The more you do a movement, the better you'll be at it. Its not just about muscle size, its about neural efficiency. The more times you perform a movement, the better your nervous system becomes at recruiting the muscles required to perform it.
3 - There are no hard or fast rules on this. It depends on about a million factors that are gonna be individual to each person.
