few training questions
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com hey guys i am back from holiday, and have a few questions which hope you dont mind helping me out with.
1 - if someone is over traning will to just slow down or stop muscle growth or will it actually lose muscle you allready have. 2 - why is it that some people can easly bench over there own weight but cant get over 15 dips, while other can do 20 - 25 dips no problem but cant even bench there own weight even though the muscles being used on both exercises are the same. 3 - when you guys are on a cut does the amount you are lifting drop a lot or just by a bit, and if you dont mind could someone give me a example, such as how much the bench on a bulk and how much they bench when on a cut. thanks for takeing the time to read my questions and thanks in advance for any replys. |

2)Different muscles involved. (You'd think the same, but there is differences- also depends your positioning on the dip) And a different movement. 3) Varies per person. But you should have more abilty when more cals are there to be utilised. e.g buling. Thats the best I can do, others will Know more. |

2 - The more you do a movement, the better you'll be at it. Its not just about muscle size, its about neural efficiency. The more times you perform a movement, the better your nervous system becomes at recruiting the muscles required to perform it. 3 - There are no hard or fast rules on this. It depends on about a million factors that are gonna be individual to each person. |
