I've used calipers... they're OK but you really need to understand where to measure etc - maybe someone at your gym is more experienced? I find them too easy to 'cheat' with![]()

Callipers are the way to measure, but like Jonny said - you need to know how to use them properly.
One thing i will say - NEVER trust an online calculator.
