Reply With QuotePersonally, I don't like them. I prefer a donkey calf machine or using the Smith machine with platform. Something about keeping the legs straight makes the movement more effective.

Seated calf machines
I'm gonna buy one of these soon and I needs some imput on prices and good models to get. Does anyone have one or know a good one to get ??

But if price is a factor then a smith machine or donkey raise machine may be out.
I like using the seated. I get a great burn using it.
