    Would you rather....

    ..be a hardgainer who finds it really hard to put on muscle, but does not put on much fat?

    Or a person who can put on muscle very easily, but has a propensity to put on fat very easily, and finds it very hard to shift?

    i am 7 and a half weeks out from my contest. I will probably be the biggest, but the leanest? it gets me every time. Although, I can actually say that the last time out I was a the 7th week, I was about 6 lbs heavier. Hmmmmmm....shape of things to come???

    I was a hardgainer, and i kicked that shit back to hades with proper diet and training and put on 80lbs. Easy shit.

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

    Chicken or egg, if you ask me.

    I only picked 'easygainer' because muscle helps you lose weight, but leanness doesn't help you put on muscle (or at least less than vice versa).
