i am 7 and a half weeks out from my contest. I will probably be the biggest, but the leanest? it gets me every time. Although, I can actually say that the last time out I was a the 7th week, I was about 6 lbs heavier. Hmmmmmm....shape of things to come???

I was a hardgainer, and i kicked that shit back to hades with proper diet and training and put on 80lbs. Easy shit.

I only picked 'easygainer' because muscle helps you lose weight, but leanness doesn't help you put on muscle (or at least less than vice versa). |
