I am a REALLY good cook. I'd rather be a hardgainer.
Sadly, I'm a hardgainer for muscle, but an easygainer for fat. This is because God hates me...
i am 7 and a half weeks out from my contest. I will probably be the biggest, but the leanest? it gets me every time. Although, I can actually say that the last time out I was a the 7th week, I was about 6 lbs heavier. Hmmmmmm....shape of things to come???

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
Chicken or egg, if you ask me.
I only picked 'easygainer' because muscle helps you lose weight, but leanness doesn't help you put on muscle (or at least less than vice versa).
