Cleans gone a lil too far... but interesting

today is the first day ive been to an actual gym besides school and home (it was Gold's Gym) because my friend took me.... we got a good workout (legs) and my friend started talkin to this guy at the water fountain(what a slacker) and he was tellin my friend about "Super Cleans" ... so this guy walks over and shows us and he had us try them... i think everybody in the gym was starin and snickering... they are a mixture of a normal clean and pushpress and then into a military press and back down again(from military to front squat to deadlift kindof..) without skipping anything... kind of like head shoulders knees and toes that lil game... they were tiring.. but besides that i didnt really like them... we tried wit the just the bar but it seems like it would be too hard to figure out what weight you should use... but i put it on here for whoever wants to try this or tell me how dumb it is... everyone in the gym thought so...

This is exactly what my trainer has me doing. She is the world's strongest woman so I guess she knows what she is talking about. I use 135lbs and do 3 sets of 10.

Your right, doesn't sound like its for me. Sounds like trying to sing, play guitar, and drums at the same time, possible - but not desireable for me at all.
