    Making a box for step-ups...

I need to first design the box. What do you guys think is the best height for the box to be in order to do step-ups? I'm 6' tall. I have long legs so I don't know if there is a standard height or what. I'm talking about these:

When you raise your leg, it should be to the point where your thigh is parallel to the ground. Just do that and measure how far off the ground your foot is. Unless you're really good a building stuff, you're better off, by that I mean "safer", if you just buy a step. I'm only 5'10", so my bench works for me.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

After rethinking this I may just stick with my bench as well. Thanks.

I don't know the dimensions, but your Mom has a tight box that I nutted all over last night, if that helps.

Expect a little soxmuscle running around come New Years...

you lost the privilege to call me a little boy when the self-proclaimed oldest-young person dropped a "your mom" joke last night.

    Go kill yourself.
