    Weight loss is diet.

Fat loss is diet and heavy lifting.

Part of your caloric deficit can come from metabolic work such as circuits or complexes: Got Built? » Superior(ity) Complex(es)

It's great, elevates your heart rate higher than aerobic exercise.

Circuit training is excellent for fat loss, work capacity, and anaerobic endurance. It is also really fun.

Like Built said fat loss is all about proper dieting combined with doing some heavy lifting.

That said I really really prefer circuit training. I love the brutality of taking 10-15 second RIs while doing 2 supersets (masochistic?). I like the Full Body Texas program I'm working on right now, but the 1:45 RIs seem like an eternity - when I do circuit training I'm in and out of the gym in 25-30 minutes.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
