hi ive been training for about 2 hours a day for the past 4 months ive seen results however my biceps are short though genetically they are long(since my older brother and dad have long muscles) i think its because i didnt always use to go all the way down and up , just half way down so... and its not from using heavy weights since i only do with a 3 kg while sitting im only 14 ...is there anything to do to make it longer?

No, there is no way to make it longer. Training 2 hours a day is usually overkill. Read the stickies in the training section.
