    Vid: seated cable rows

Gang, Here's my latest exercise vid, which covers the seated cable row. Seems a simple enough exercise, but I am always amazed to note how many people in the gym doing it incorrectly. Here's the vid:

BTW, there are other exercises covered on my yutube page if you have not already seen them. More coming in the future,

I think the music works perfectly with it. What should I use, Britney Spears?

On a side note I saw a pretty interesting exercise that the football team at my gym was doing and I'm gonna give it a shot. Basically you hold two dumbbells overhead and walk for about 30 feet. Then you pause and do 5 overhead presses, then start walking for another 30 feet.

    Any thoughts on that?

It was really embarrassing just doing that, believe me, but it often helps people to learn when they see the correct form compared to the incorrect form, so common in gyms!

Now why would that be embarrassing, you would fit in perfectly with 90% of the people in the gym

It's not an exercise I have seen done, so I don't know. Strange sounding exercise, walk around with weight over your head....

There are two songs... The first is by Linkin Park, which is a horrible band in my opinion, but I don't know what the song's called... I like Prodigy well enough though.

    Gee, everyones a music critic!

I don't sit around listening to Linkin Park either, but it seemed to work well enough for that segment of the vid.
