    Bench help.

I do incline and regular BP's, but haven't really done any decline BP's, but i'm gonna start to incorporate it into my workout. Any good tips on form or what not?

This isn't an answer to your question, but I never really made much progress when I did decline bench presses. The rom is kind of lame on a 45 degree decline. I have pretty good benching power, and I got it from flat BP and DB BP. I think I wasted my time with decline BP. Just my opinion.

I have never tried decline. Anything I do with my head below my body puts huge pressure on my brain and gives me a headache.

yeah not to sound like a pussy but it seems pretty dangerous if you dont have a spotter, which 90% of the time i dont. then again, any exercise can be dangerous.
