    Training from 6.6.08

    This week we did 1brd work with 200lbs chain. Some of the chain was laying on the ground so we'll call it 150lbs. First set is 585 with 150lbs chain, second set is 635lbs and 150lbs chain. The 4brd work is for my lockout in the shirt and it was with the same chain weight. Sets are 495 and 525 with 150lbs chain. All in all I was pretty happy with how things went. Training is comming right along
