Any thoughts on this injury? Please help!

Any expert ideas or opinions on what kind of injury this could be? I would hate to have to go to a doctor again.
Doctors are the experts. This is an internet forum.

The only advice worth listening to is - rest completely, ice the area if necessary, if the problem persists for a few days then go and see a doctor.

You say you don't want to see them, but they fixed your arm up, surely? Its not their fault you got injured, and not going to them wont change that fact. Don't bury your head in the sand, dude.
