This is why you have been skinny all your life. You're not eating very much, and what you do eat is invariably fucking shit.

For the price of that fast food you could buy plenty of vegetables, chicken, and oats and other good stuff to eat.

Like Built said, start logging what you eat - and also read up on stuff in the nutrition forum about WHAT to eat as well as how to set out your meals.

To be bigger you need to eat more. To be healthier you need to eat better.

Once you've got your diet sorted, swing by the Training section again and read up on proper exercise program design and good lifting habits.

If you get everything right you will see results - and consistentl - but ill say now that any huge change wont happen overnight, it'll take a lot of time and hard work.

The good news is that theres enough information on this site to make sure youll get there eventually. I was 5'10", 112lbs when i started training, and with the members and info on this site i managed to train up over 4 or 5 years to 190lbs without drugs or expensive supplements.

There is no excuse for good old fashioned dedication, hard work, and above all - knowledge.

Honey, I'm trying here, but you're not playing!

Do you think that lifting makes you get big? News flash - the iron doesn't have magical muscle-gaining properties. Lifting stimulates muscle-damage, not growth. You grow from food, and if you don't consistently eat more than you need to maintain your weight, you will NOT grow.

Now. Start tracking, okay? Let's get this moving for you.
