    Best cardio workout Ever!!

I've just taken up skipping as my cardio workout...it is amazing!I skip for 30 mins doing 2-3 mins on and marching on the spot for 1 minute. This burns 300 cals for my body weight (120).I bought this great skipping rope that you program in your weight, height and it records how long you have skipped, the revolutions, and cals burned. As soon as you stop turning the rope to march the timer stops then resumes when you start to skip.Generally I skip 22 mins with 8 mins of marching.A 150 women can burn 700+ cals an hour....that is the same as running. What a intense and fun way to get rid of bodyfat!!!

Oh really? Skipping beats the snot out of you unless your in great shape IMO. Ergo, I don't know how fun it would be after awhile for some of us.

I'll stick to low impact, like the stationary bike, any jumping/running gives me shinsplints if I do it often.

Last time I did skipping was for a boxing class...we did three minute rounds and then in between rounds dropped and did 20 pushups and got up for 20 standing squats. By the fourth round I almost passed out because I think I was burning about a million calories, plus going up and down quickly when your heart rate is 180 is never a good idea. That rope sounds really cool.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

    Hey Craig, I love your skipper. She's a real hottie.Surprised W8lifter hasn't pulled it.

That reminds me of highschool when a fellow classmate that that the Mermaid in Little Mermaid was hot. Man, that sounds so wrong right now. He was a sicko.
