    somebody let me know if you have the same

    on my leg day i hit it hard....squats 315 5 sets {1 warm up} 10 reps
    745 legs press 4 sets 6 reps
    extensions
    hacks
    my legs still hurt even doin it for years what gives i like it but dont feel this from any other workouts lol

    Bulgarian squats have almost always made my legs and hips very sore. Even if I regularly do them it still happens. Just one of those things.

    In fact, I stopped doing them because the soreness is so bad and it complicates other aspects of my training. That and they are fucking hard as shit.
