Excellent GP, and thanks everyone for the kind words again, I am pretty pumped about all of this. Ummmm STB, my shoulder (Left) is a little messed up right now, so I cannot lift as heavy as I would like to, but on BB I am pressing probably around 215 for 8 reps, and using the 95-110 lb DB.
Cool Vale, I'm asking cause I'm about the same size as you but my bench is lower so I thought you might have some strong shoulders to go with the chest and I was right.
Shoulders are a week point for me.
