Dieting Question
Hi,
The pic in my avater is me at the end of 2003, and it's in no way indicative of how I look now, although I've just started to see some progress this time around... So I'm supposed to be eating to gain weight (which I've seen a little of), but also have some tummy fat I'd like to see gone, so can someone recommend some foods, or a diet to help me in both goals concurrently, or must I absolutely gain, then cut? I fear my current diet might be a little high in fat, and my diet is limited due to a lot of dental work I've had done (no tough crunchy food). |

If not actually, then potentially.

I eat a high-fat diet, and I'm cutting.
Can you tell me your macros? (ie total calories, grams of protein, carb and fat) Also, please describe your training. |

I'd have to calculate my dietary intake,
but training is a split routine 4-5 day week with short aerobic warmup, and intense cardio workout weekly on top of the gym routine. I'll commit to calculating my dietary intake if you can give advice... |
