Here's a full body routine I've been using.
It utilises periodisation as well as variation.
Order of exercises depends on % of 1 rep max being used.
3 sets of each exercise as many reps as you can do.
Probably every 4 days (you can do other stuff on days off or just rest).
You can substitute different exercises eg dumbell rows or cable rows or bent over rows, change it up each time but make sure you use roughly the right amount of weight.
Anyway I'm always looking for change and different ways of doing things, any comments are welcomed.
