    Smile New PB !!!!!!!!!

Had the best shoulder workout in months the other night doing Dumbbell Shoulder Press i managed 3 x 6 with 36kgs(80lbs) !!!

I think i could have gone heavier if i only had a partner to pass me the weights rather than me having to swing them up !!

The rest of my Shoulder/Trap routine went just as well - and i went home with a really good burn !!

Just wanted to say thanx to all those who helped critique my routine which i posted some time back - since then i have started making gains once again ! THANKS !!
    Stats - 6'1", 92kgs (203lbs), BF ~10-11%
