I would recommend two things.
1. Stop doing what makes it hurt.
2. Go see a doctor. No one here can help over the internet unless they are Cleo.
my friend is having sornes in his left arm on the top of his bicept durning the middle of his work out...and help would be nice

Rest up for a while, ice it a few times a day, if it persists for too long go see a doctor.
