No offence, but your form is rather horrible. It's not even a power clean.

    Some key mistakes:
    - you bounce the weight off the floor. That's where all the momentum comes from.
    - you don't keep the weight close to your body.
    - you don't end in a Clean grip.

Watch some olympic lifters clean and evaluate from there.

Indeed. You're not doing power cleans - you're dribbling a barbell.

This is a power clean: http://www.uwlax.edu/strengthcenter/...er%20Clean.mpg

Also this, here demo'd by Lyle McDonald's girlfriend: Powerclean series video on Sports

This isn't a power-clean - it's a clean (ie off the floor), but for reference:

Shut the #&@% UP! That's what the damn white platform Im standing on is for, It wouldnt be called power clean if the weight didnt hit the floor. Get your facts right before you try to make somebody look stupid, otherwise you'll just endup making yourself look stupid!

I find his attempt at prowest in this forum saddening and inferior on every level imaginable. However, in more suitable arenas it could be considered to be VERY impressive!

Just event a new name for the exercise and repost. ; )
