looking for shoes to deadlift and squat in
So far I heard that samba classics are good, and so are chucks. Any other opinions? And what makes a certain shoe good for squatting and deadlifting?

Comfortable shoes that have a nice flat bottom (no running shoes).
Personally I use like 4 year old super broken in walking shoes for everything lifting. Extremely comfortable and the soles have been beaten flat, they're perfect. For new shoes I've heard that Nike Frees are pretty good. |
