New Sensation
Ok I'm not injured.. everything still works.
Long story short I overloaded this morning by another 10 lbs on the DB press. That puts me at 90 lbs / dumbell. First day of new weight so I didn't quite get the reps up to 8.. I was more in the range of 4 -6. So AFTER I stand uup I get this burning in the outer edges of my chest... NOT horrible.. but something I haven't felt. Kinda like the feeling you get after you burn down 20 reps of light weight. I MAY be nitpicking.. but I just wanted to make sure I'm not OVER doing it.. don't wanna ask for an injury or anything. <-- still a noob but picking it up reasonably fast. B |
