Running makes me sore, but what about leg day?
Everytime I run very long distances, my legs get sore the very next day. Sometimes up to 3 days. Question is that if a person peforms Leg Training (with weights of course) despite sore legs DUE TO INTENSE RUNNING, will that be considered as overtraining as well?

If your legs are still sore then, yes it can lead to overtraining.
Its hard to get well developed legs if your doing alot of running, you almost have to pick one or the other here. |
