    A Power Session?

    Hi,

    Im doing a 4 day cycle -

    Chest/Arms
    Shoulders Back
    Legs/Core
    and a 'Power Session'

On day 4 (the power session) I'm doing clean and jerk, Snatch and a Max Bench Press attempt.

What Im asking is are there any others I should be incoperating? I have a bench, Dumbells, Barbell and a load of weights (and space!)

    Thanks in advance

that entire program makes no sense to me.

A bodybuilding workout and then once a week you do olympic lifts and attept a 1RM bench press? What do you expect to gain from this?

im trying to get 'fit' - loose some fat and build a better overall shape. its going well so far - the max bench is to try push up my max and see my progress so i can keep the a sort of 'positive' progression and i suppose its a way of self monitoring what im doing.

I like mixing things up too and basically the more variety the better - surely the routines not gonna have a negative effect is it? im only a week in but feeling very good at the moment.
