how many exercises are you doing for your chest? i like simplicity flat, incline, decline. thats it for building. some times all three some times just two. if you work your chest more than once a week try dips, cable cross overs. bout it really. keep it simple.

I Tried Something Like A Cable Cross Over Lastnight And That Seemed To Work Better For The Inner Portion. I Never Really Did Decline Anything Either. I Guess I Will Just Change It Up And See. Thanks For The Advice! I Just Need To Get The Chest Bigger But Perportioned, It Was Getting A Little Bigger On The Outter And Not Inner.

that is also due to genetics. it will take time but they will grow. like i said best i ever found decline, and flat. i like incline for the nice shoulder work. for toning i like the cables, and dips.
