is this a good plan?
Well I am 17 as of now and I have a plan of building muscle and losing fat. Is it good for me to focus on cutting right now-- continue to eat healthy with fewer calories and do cardio such as swimming everyday for a few hours--and later on when I turn 18 I will start using good supplements to assuage and expedite the muscle building process, such as torrent or creatine..?
Any advice would be good. As of now the only daily supplements Im taking are3-5 grams of omega 3 faty acids through fishoil caps. |

A proper and diet and training routine are going to be infinitely more valuable than supplements.
Cardio for a few hours every day? That would be way, way overdoing it. The best thing you can do is to read all the stickies in the diet and training sections. |

ok so maybe cardio for a few hrs a day was over exaggerated, but I can take advantage of my age of 18 when I turn 18. I know that you can either cut or bulk, its one or the other. If I cut now and I bulk latr, which wioll require ALOT of calories, I will start to gain fat....im guessing supplements will help alot. I didnt say I'll stop having a good diet, I always will..
