    eat to grow

    bench and incline are best for size both dumbel and barbels

    You need to set up a good work out program and diet. Start by reading all the stickys in the Diet and nutrition and Training forums.

    I'm going for bigger lats, it seems impossible though..
    16yr old. 205 pound. 5'8. Just here to learn
    bench press 225x6 / Deadlift 185x10 / Squat 205x10
    I know, my lift weights are disproportional..
    Working on it..

    Flat bench for mass building of chest then flyes and isolation exercises for cutting i think

    Read the stickies in the training section. Design a solid balanced training program. Focus on total body strength. Like Funk said, go for total body fitness. If you just aimed for a big chest you probably wouldn't get anywhere and would give up in a few weeks. even if you did get a big chest you would look like a pigon if you didn;t devote the same amount of time to your other muscle groups.

    i got a decent sized chest (200 pounds maxin out at 300) and all's ive ever really did was just strait flat bench presses, it works out my tricept deltiods and chest! incline is also a good one from what ive heard
