Read the stickies in the training section. Design a solid balanced training program. Focus on total body strength. Like Funk said, go for total body fitness. If you just aimed for a big chest you probably wouldn't get anywhere and would give up in a few weeks. even if you did get a big chest you would look like a pigon if you didn;t devote the same amount of time to your other muscle groups.

i got a decent sized chest (200 pounds maxin out at 300) and all's ive ever really did was just strait flat bench presses, it works out my tricept deltiods and chest! incline is also a good one from what ive heard
