i know it isnt related to body building but it think you are expert in body functions and movements i really need help from an expert i am used to play soccer and my question is about it it is the problem during running i use my arms and they are about 35 to 40 cm away from my body during running and let my whole body (including my legs) react to my arms and also i apply this to any movement i do in the game like faking and tricks..etc so what i am saying is it right that i can make my body react to movement of my arms?and can i make my arms wide during running?and what is the maximum distance i cant exceed with my arms? i am very disappointed as i worked for these techniques in soccer for a very long time and when i showed it to some people they laughed at me due to my arms movement, i am very very disappointed after that i destroyed myself i went to the gym about 17 times and after they laughed at me i became very disappointed i ejaculated four times:s does that mean all i have been working for is lost? thnx and please if there is any expert please help me
you can do anything you want, but it wont be very efficient.
THe arms should be moving in a sagital plane. What do you mean they are out wide? What I am envisioning is your arms up in the air moving across your body.
