    Alternative Flies

So this week instead of doing either the peck deck, DB flies or cable crossovers i decided to do my flies by lying on a flat bench and placing the cabel attachments on the lowest setting. laying falt on the bench i proceeded to do my flies in almost the same fashion as crossovers. let me tell you, i'm still sore two days later. definately something to try out if you looking for something different.
