I don't see the point...maybe it shocks the muscle? I see the squat as a power movement and should only be done heavy....it ain't heavy if you are doing 20 of them.
Has anyone followed the 20 rep squat routine ? I was planning on every 6th day. Any comments ?

can be if you are doing to failure. you would be surprised how much you can do when you push your self. i guess a good way to get a damn hernia though.
