    So What's the Rush?

After reading a myriad of newbie posts, I find myself questioning why most think they can acheive results via a single new exercise, or suppliment, or diet tweak.

    What's the rush, folks?

Before adopting the mentality of "I wanna get huge!" or "I wanna be ripped!"....do a little research. SAVE YOUR MONEY. See how many years the Arnolds, Toms, Francos, Dorians and the Ronnies of this sport have been training......exclusively. Just training and strict diet, and a truckload of discipline.

You will not get results over night, so think about your questions before posting them.

    THANK YOU

I think its the summer time. I used to give vocal coaching on a rock music forum. Every summer as more tours go on, I think the younger kids would want to be in a band and then they wanted to learn how to sing. Same thing here. Except the singing is flexing and having abs.
