Unknown pain

On Tuesday I did my chest workout

inclined bench
cross chest cables
dumbell presses
dumbell flyes

I felt pretty good and and didn't feel any stresses or strains, however last night and today, I feel like someone is stabbing me in the back between my shoulder blades. It's almost impossible to turn my head left or right without feeling the pain. This doesn't sound normal. Although the pain is lessening, could using to much weight on the flyes have caused this, or possibly bad form???

You probably just pulled/strained a back muscle, I have done this countless times.... take some ibuprofen and rest it, heat might help too.

Is it possible to pull or strain a muscle during an exercise and not feel it immediately, instead feeling it 1 or several days after?

I think it might be a pinched nerve, which is waaay worse than strained muscle. A good chiropractor might help. Give it some rest anyway...
