Are there any certain things I could do at the gym to improve my balance? Are core exercises good for improving balance?


Any unsupported unilateral movement will help.
Split squats, lunges, single leg romanian deadlifts, bulgarian squats...even things like unsupported dumbell rows or single arm overhead press will help.
If you want something more advanced, try overhead squats, turkish getups, things like that.
