    Fried lower back

So i visited my chiropractor today cause i was having some hip and lower back pain. Turned out I had 3 misaligned vertebrae, so after a couple of cracks and a nice electronic massage, I was feeling much better. My hip still hurts and there is still some discomfort but my bigger problem is he told me not to do any standing exercises aside from pullups and dips. For my upper body this isn't a big deal, but I don't know what exercises to do for my lowerback and leg days. It seems like deadlifts, leg curls, and leg press are all out of the question along with abs. I'm also thinking squats aren't too healthy either.

I was wondering what I could do, without putting too much stress on my lower back. The things I'm left with seem to be lunges, SHELCs, and maybe light hyperextensions.
