    Looking for a

    Routine for a skinny guy.. 0.- I weigh about 126 pounds.. I'm looking to gain mass as I have really low body fat. Anybody got some good rountines out there for me?

    You won't gain muscle mass by just LIFTING alone. You've got to eat and overload your muscles (lift)
