    Rock Climbing

Has anyone ever done it before? I just went recently and found it to be the best back workout i've ever had. The day after my bad and forearms were incredibly sore. Just wanted to tell everyone! It was really fun and straining.

I am dying to go rock climbing. I love to climb anything. I am a natural climber, so I feel confident that I will be good at it.

    Where did you go climbing?

climbing is a great sport, and a great workout. it is really cool because as much as natural strength helps out, technique is even more important.

sounds like a great way to use natural body movements for a workout. i can see how it would be like swimming where you use muscles not normally used

I went to a place called Hangar 18. Its in california, but i'm sure there are hangars all around the country. At this place though, there is a free wall rock climb, where its just ur hands ur feet and the wall, and then theres the wall where u use ropes and stuff.
