    I can gain 3 inches in 1 hour of workout....but then it shrinks down again in about 3 hours.

    i did many-a all day workout in the marine corps...

    less muscle growth...
    more secretion of mass amounts of fluid threw many orifices of the body.

    after many months of these workouts 6times weekly, i can positively say that they suck for building muscle and have a high propensity toward raising blood pressure
